What we collect
Account details needed to operate membership, structured repair details you choose to submit, and private evidence you choose to upload. If you choose representative outreach, we also store your name and home address privately to identify your elected officials.
What stays private
Emails, names, addresses, pay rates, member identity, raw submissions, messages, and evidence are not publicly listed. Public reporting uses privacy-protected aggregates.
Your choices
Representative outreach is optional. Future-send permission is separate and revocable. You can withdraw your own submissions and request deletion of your account and associated personal information.
